Mary Sternhagen was removed from the Visitation center with no fanfare or public notice. Attorney Mike Bornitz had to leave Yankton.
He was charge with stalking her by email, except one, she did not have a computer, no Chavis admits that there never was any email. The charge was dismissed by the State yet again. A pattern of abuse by the States Attorney but other officials do not care.

Chavis dropped the charge of child abuse, never filed a false reporting. If they had really believed the pictures were digitally altered they would not have dropped the charges but they had no digitally altered pictures.
